By accessing or using Matsya ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Matsya is a work management platform that provides project management, CRM, document storage, and AI-powered automation features through our BRU agent.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. BRU AI Agent & API Keys

The BRU AI agent is powered by C9AI and requires an API key. By using BRU, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your API key and associated costs
• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• We do not store or have access to your API keys beyond what is necessary for the service to function

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. For information about refunds and cancellations, please see our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you upload. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matsya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
