Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Matsya, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your data remains accessible until the subscription period ends
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
2. Refund Eligibility

3. C9AI Credits (BRU Usage)
C9AI credits purchased for the BRU AI agent are handled as follows:
- Unused credits: Non-refundable but do not expire
- Technical issues: If credits were consumed due to a system error on our end, we will restore them
- Account closure: Remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@knoblycrm.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension due to abuse or fraud
- Requests made outside the eligible refund window
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
6. Plan Changes
If you switch between plans:
- Upgrade (Monthly to Annual): Pro-rated credit applied to new plan
- Downgrade (Annual to Monthly): Change takes effect at next renewal
7. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments or refunds. You may use the Free plan indefinitely.
